Ok so as for the Torticollis, I don't think Xanya has it, sure she favors one side over the other but I've noticed that it doesn't mean that she does not turn the other way at all; she does. She is perfectly capable of turning the other way. I haven't been able to do any of the exercises cause she fights me, so what I do is have her do it on her own which works out better. I lean back on the couch and then lay her on her tummy on my chest, she is so cute cause she will hold her head up and its sooooooo cute to watch her do that. When she is not trying to lift her head up she will lay her head down on her cheek and u know what she always chooses to lay it THE OTHER WAY, so she has no problem turning it that way and by her turning it that way herself and laying it down which holds it in that position for a long time she is kinda doing the exercises on her own and that is much better then us forcing her to do them.
I have also switched sides of the bed that me and her are on and laying her on her other side while sleeping and its making her sleep with her head turned to the right so I guess u can say she is exercising it while sleeping, anyway its working out good and she seems to be just fine. I don't think she has Torticollis, she seems just fine to me.
Update: (june 27th) I don't now why they say she has torticollis, she turns her head just fine and a baby preferring one side is pretty normal and called a Tonic Neck Reflex and disappears around the 3rd month.
